5. Force Majeure

Tripnix Holidays is not liable for non-performance due to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, government restrictions, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Standard Cancellation Charges

Special Circumstances

• Weather Conditions: Full refund or reschedule if government issues travel advisory
• Medical Emergency: 75% refund with valid medical certificate
• Government Restrictions: Full refund if travel is prohibited
• Natural Disasters: 100% refund or credit for future booking

No-Show Policy

In case of no-show (customer fails to arrive without prior cancellation), no refund will be provided. All amounts paid will be forfeited.

Amendment Policy

• Date changes allowed up to 15 days before travel
• Subject to availability and price difference
• Maximum 2 date changes allowed per booking

Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
